The Goodwill is in Dunkerque for attention so the Arrow is back and covering (attempting to cover) for her.

Some pictures of the Goodwill here -

This refit at Astander appears to have been a bit of a disaster. The BBC reports:
Ferry schedules to and from the Channel Islands have been adjusted, after a freight vessel was damaged in dry dock.

The propeller and driveshaft of the Commodore Goodwill was damaged during routine maintenance in Spain.

It means the Commodore Clipper, a freight and passenger ship, will continue running overnight services.

Condor said it was aiming to minimise disruption and will "add high speed capacity from the UK to cover Clipper's passenger commitments".

John Napton, Condor's CEO, said: "Every year we carefully plan our maintenance programme to ensure continuity of freight and passenger services to the islands so the problems caused by the shipyard are infuriating.

"The damaged equipment has now had to be sent to Scandinavia so the ship will unavoidably return to service later than planned."

Extra high speed sailings are being put on between Poole, Jersey and Guernsey to accommodate passengers originally booked on the Clipper.

The company said all affected passengers would be contacted.

Mr Napton added: "The autumn half term is a busy travel period and we recognise its importance in the calendar so through these measures, we are aiming to minimise disruption to everyone."

Midas was yesterday redelivered from Scandic Line and at the same time delivered to new charterers Condor Ferries. She will be used for Condor Ferries service between Portsmouth and Guernsey.
The charter agreement with Condor is for one month.

Interesting photos - is it just the angle or is there a compartment to port side on the vehicle deck?

I would say that there is the ventilation fans there but they would not be that wide, so it may be the angle but the doors never give access to all lanes from my experience.

It appears that there is an issue with Commodore Goodwill this evening, she departed Portsmouth International Port at 19:45, however, she began to turnaround heading back to Portsmouth shortly after 21:00. As of 00:45 tonight, she is entering Portsmouth Harbour with 2 tugs going at 6 knots.

As mentioned in the Clipper thread. The arrival if Islander must mean Goodwills future is uncertain? Would she be suitable for some short-term  charters to support freight refit covers at Ullapool and for the Northlink routes?

She'd fit at Stornoway, but max length at Ullapool is 120m while Goodwill is 126m.

The Goodwill is heading to St Malo, is this an in service sailing? With the Islander back in service is this ship now going to be spare?

Her sailing pattern the last few days is quite interesting 😊

She generally calls here in St Malo twice a week. Routing around the Channel Islands is massively tide dependent, with of course wind and wave height factors on top when conditions are like now.

What is Happening with Goodwill? I'd imagine she is now Spare and in reserve? Available for Charter perhaps?

There surely isn't a need for Three Departures from Portsmouth to CI Daily? There surely isn't demand for that much Freight Capacity? Will they use her to Operate Daily France to CI Freight Sailings? Or will they lay her up when Islander is fully bedded in?

Commodore Goodwill is currently sailing weekly to Saint-Malo.
The ferry berths are undergoing works (hence why Condor Liberation/Voyager currently sil from Cherbourg and Brittany Ferries don't sail.

So Commodore Goodwill is currently the only ferry we can see here, docking in inside the harbour instead. Here are some pictures of her going through the lock :
